Old Age Family

A seniors’ home with a difference, where elders find fulfillment by imparting the love and wisdom of their age to the very young.  Each Elder staying here will adopt and mentor one destitute child. These ‘Grand- parents’ and ‘their wards’ will form a unit with a mother of the home. The centre will have a few such independent units. This family atmosphere of mutual Love and Care is beneficial to all!

The experience and time of the elders will be utilized here for various activities under guidance.  Selected ones shall be trained in guidance and counseling and their services will be utilized to support people in distress. This system ensures that the elders receive the care they deserve in their old age, while the society in return can benefit from the wisdom and experience of their age.

There will also be an active day care centre for the elders where they will be engaged for the day and sent back home in the evening.

This will be an extended family where activities of the Foundation will flourish and the message of Living in Harmony will spread over.
