Living in Harmony
A devotee disciple of His Holiness Swami Chinmayanandaji Maharaj, C K Suresh, from
his rich experience in Management, Psychology and Spirituality has developed the
concept of Living in Harmony. It propagates harmonious living by attaining
peaceful and happy integration of different levels of the personality and better
relations with all circles of social living. It is a holistic Philosophy of Value
based, Vision oriented Living that promotes celebration of life by achieving the
best for oneself and sharing its benefit with the less privileged fellow beings.
He conducts Seminars, Workshops and Campaigns on a continuous basis on the
topic.
A ‘Relationship Guru’ of great caliber, Sri Suresh initiates positive
change in the lives of a wide cross section of the society through his Living in
Harmony Seminars and Family Harmony camps. In his ATMA Empowerment Circles he trains
people to be Empowered and Compassionate (‘E C’

A man with great Social Commitment, he has initiated many projects of social relevance,
especially youth welfare.
Since eighties He has been organizing, conducting or leading hundreds of camps and
Seminars for Youth and Children, independently and in association with various Organisations.
He is a National Team Member of Chinmaya Yuva Kendra, the Global youth wing of Chinmaya
Mission.
He conceived and conducted the ‘Campus Yatra on Positive Living – 2000’
– a series of interactive sessions in several campuses, promoting the
message of Positive Living to combat increasing suicide tendency.
He was the Project Coordinator for the seminar series ‘Success Rays-2001’
involving over 1 Lakh Youth. Through the project they were given an opportunity
to interact with successful personalities from various fields in over 50 seminars
in which he was also the moderator.
It was under his stewardship that ‘Vijayasangamam’, the largest –
ever academic seminar for Youth Welfare, was held at Thrissur on 2nd October 2001
with a participation of over 15000 young delegates and an array of dignitaries.
It was conceived and executed by a team of just 25 youngsters under the effective
leadership of C K Suresh.
As a National Coordinator of ‘Awakening Indians to India’, the multi-centre
simultaneous mega Quiz with over 3 lakh participation, organised by Chinmaya Yuva
Kendra in 2003, he visited and conducted Training programmes all over India.
He was Conference Coordinator for AICHYK National Conference 2004.
He was the Project Director of the week long residential Youth Training Camp
‘Empower to Perform’ held at Pallavur in December 2004, with a
participation of over 1350 young delegates from all over the state.
He was awarded Best Regional Coordinator of AICHYK in 1998, 99, 2002 & 2004
Received Star Performer Award at Chinmaya Viswa Sammelan held at Mumbai in 2001.
In 2006, he created the ATMA Foundation to promote the concept of Living in Harmony,
helping people to enjoy relationships and committed social interactions.
Over the years, his Family Harmony Sessions and Relationship Counselling
have helped numerous families to lead happier lives with more meaningful relationships.

Television projects and Promotional campaigns. Producer of a few Advertisement films,
he has produced and directed ‘Out of Syllabus’ the
weekly campus debate series in Amrita TV, for 74 weeks. His 'Tips
