Position: Medical Officer cum Centre Coordinator

Role Overview

The Medical Officer cum Centre Coordinator will be responsible for providing Ayurvedic medical consultation, supervising clinical activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Ayush Health Centre. The role requires both medical expertise and administrative capability to manage operations and coordinate with staff, patients, and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Ayurvedic medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the health centre.
  • Supervise therapists and support staff to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintain patient records, treatment plans, and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
  • Manage inventory of medicines, supplies, and equipment.
  • Liaise with ATMA Foundation's management team for planning and reporting.
  • Support community outreach, health camps, and programme initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • BAMS degree from a recognised institution.
  • Strong clinical knowledge in Ayurveda and patient management.
  • Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage both medical and administrative responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
Position: Ayurveda Therapist (Male)
Project: ATMA Ayush Health Center
Location: Kolazhi, Thrissur

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Ayurvedic therapies and treatments as per established protocols.
  • Assist Ayurvedic physicians in patient care and therapeutic procedures.
  • Prepare therapy rooms, equipment, and materials required for treatments.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and comfort of clients during sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding post-therapy care as instructed by the physician.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Certification/Diploma in Ayurvedic Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Prior experience in Ayurvedic therapeutic practices preferred.
  • Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.

Position: Media & Documentation Associate
Location: ATMA Foundation, Thrissur

Role Overview

The Media & Documentation Associate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and digital content to support ATMA Foundation's programmes, events, and outreach activities. The role involves videography, photography, poster design, documentation, and multimedia content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, field activities, and programmes.
  • Edit videos and photos for social media, reports, and promotional use.
  • Design posters, brochures, and digital creatives as per organisational needs.
  • Maintain and organise media archives (photos, videos, documents).
  • Support content creation for social media and website.
  • Assist in preparing reports, success stories, and documentation materials.
  • Collaborate with programme teams to understand communication requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in videography and photography (shooting + editing).
  • Ability to create posters and digital designs (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Good documentation and content-writing skills.

Role Overview

The IT Applications Associate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting ATMA's core applications, tools, and digital systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and program stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of IT-enabled services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support core applications (CRM, MIS, productivity tools, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
  • Maintain user accounts, access controls, and basic system configurations.
  • Assist with data extraction, validation, and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Support technology rollouts, onboarding, and staff training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience in IT application support or system administration.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based tools, databases, and basic integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
