The new-gen challenges faced by the adolescent today are complex and multi-dimensional.

The teacher, now, has to break from the traditional role of a facilitator and transform into a mentor – to guide the youngsters to overcome the problems of their age and harness their inherent potential.

This requires a new vision, new attitudes, new approaches and new skill sets.

The ATMA Workshop on ‘Adolescence Mentoring & Basic Counselling Skills’ empowers the teacher as an individual and aids the transformation into a compassionate and sensible mentor.

The workshop runs concurrently with a residential leadership camp for adolescents, providing the teacher-delegates with a unique opportunity for hands-on learning through observation, interaction & intervention.

The programme component includes sessions by experts, experiential training labs, discussions, interactions and introspection
